Spring Wedding at The Ritz Charles | Sydney and Cameron

Cameron and Sydney’s spring wedding at The Ritz Charles was such a beautiful day! The couple met in high school. Sydney was a teacher’s assistant in Cameron’s PE class, but they did not start dating until a year later. They also attended the same church youth group. They grew their friendship, and later their beautiful relationship, at school and church youth groups.

Wedding ceremony and reception at Ritz Charles in Indiana

The Ritz Charles is the perfect venue in central Indiana! They have multiple event spaces from ballrooms to a chapel as well as multiple gardens. For their wedding ceremony, Sydney and Cameron chose the Ritz Charles Chapel. This large chapel has high ceilings and gold chandeliers, and it is the perfect backdrop for any wedding style. They even have an on-site dressing room for the bride and bridal party and a separate room for the groom.

Before the ceremony, Sydney and Cameron shared an intimate moment together by doing a first ‘NOT’ look. They talked and held hands without looking at each other. This was such a special moment to capture on camera. You could see the love the couple shares, and it was such a great way for them to connect and get the jitters out before walking down the aisle!

The ceremony was an intimate and special gathering with the couple surrounded by family and friends. After the ceremony ended, the couple and I were able to have fun while taking some stunning bridal portraits!

For the reception, they chose the Ritz Charles Garden Pavillion. This glass building provides you with a garden feel while still being inside! Their bridal party made some amazing entrances featuring some great dance moves. The new couple also surprised the best man with a birthday cake since the wedding day was also the best man’s birthday.

Every wedding is so different and always has such unique touches, which always makes my job so much fun! I love getting to know my couples and capturing their beautiful memories on camera.
