The Chapel has separate getting-ready spaces for the bride and groom. So, there’s no need to hurry through the morning or fear arriving late at your venue. Ritz Charles Garden Pavilion
If you dream of an outdoor wedding but fear inclement weather, this unique venue offers the best of both worlds. The heated glass structure boasts a 360-degree view of fountains, gardens, and woodlands. So, you can enjoy the beauty of nature even in the middle of a Midwest winter!
Permanent white drapery and string lights set the stage for a stunning celebration at the Pavilion, which seats 350 guests. Picture dancing under the light of the golden chandeliers, or enjoying a gooey s’more beside the patio fire pit. Better yet, it’s all just 20 minutes from downtown Indy.
Tip: The Chapel and Garden Pavilion are next to each other, allowing for ease in planning and an unhurried celebration. The nearby Carmel City Center is a fun spot for portraits!
The Bluffs at Conner Prairie
This enchanting, forested wedding venue is ideal for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Located on the grounds of Conner Prairie, an acclaimed living history museum, it boasts a brand-new events pavilion. The historic Chinese House, once the family home of Eli Lilly, is another feature of this venue.
The woods surrounding this venue give it a secluded feel despite its proximity to Indianapolis. It’s a wonderful spot for an outdoor ceremony in the spring, summer, or fall! Then, you can take your celebration inside the pavilion. Modern design meets rustic features, including a massive stone fireplace, inside the climate-controlled space.
